Water Supply & Sanitation Engineering for Arid Regions
A four-day applied training on water supply and sanitation engineering for arid and semi-arid contexts. Participants learn to size boreholes, design rural distribution networks, and specify treatment systems matched to actual source-water chemistry in the Somali Region.
The course pairs morning lectures with afternoon design exercises drawn from real SEA member projects in Kebri Beyah, Degehabur, and Aware woredas.
What you'll leave with: a costed design for a small community water supply scheme and a SEA Certificate of Completion.
