Your data is used strictly for professional verification, certification tracking, and association communications. We implement encryption at rest and in transit, and never share member data with third parties without explicit consent.
3. Member Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our office. SEA does not sell or lease member data to third-party commercial entities.
4. Data Retention
Professional records are retained for the duration of membership plus 5 years for regulatory compliance. Payment records are retained per Ethiopian financial regulation requirements.

The SEA Technical Library is a proprietary resource for registered members. Users agree to use documents for professional reference only, not redistribute without authorization, and cite SEA when using standards in public reports.
2. Professional Conduct
Membership in SEA is contingent upon adherence to the Engineering Code of Ethics as recognized in the Somali Regional State. Violations may result in suspension of access to digital tools and library resources.
3. Membership & Payments
Membership fees are non-refundable. Annual memberships expire 12 months from activation. Lifetime memberships do not expire. Organizational memberships cover up to 5 designated engineers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the administrative regulations of the Somali Regional State.
